Revelations: Patch 12.0.7 - June 16/17

Revelations Arrives in World of Warcraft

The next major patch for World of Warcraft, 12.0.7: Revelations, launches on June 16 (US) and 17 (EU). Bringing new adventures, rewards, and systems for players exploring Midnight. The update introduces new zones, a new (flexible mythic) raid encounter, additional progression systems, and the return of a fan-favorite Timewalking event.

Explore New Threats in World of Warcraft Revelations

In Patch 12.0.7, players continue the fight against the Void by venturing into two new areas, facing powerful enemies, and uncovering new sources of power. The update also introduces Sporefall, a new single-boss raid encounter, alongside additional progression opportunities and rewards.

Players can also look forward to new story content, world activities, and quality-of-life improvements arriving throughout the update.

Trolls, Trolls and more Trolls

If you are a fan of one of Azeroth's oldest races and their lore, anything about the Trolls is probably on your reading list. With 12.0.7, you can go lorewalking with Li Li to find out more about the troll subraces.
Whether you prefer the island nation of Zandalar, home to the Zandalari Tribe, the coldhearted Drakkari in Northrend, the heated Gurubashi from the jungles of Stranglethorn, or the Darkspear trolls from the Echo Isles, the starting location in the 12.0.7 patch should provide enough content to keep you busy.

Turbulent Timeways Returns

Beginning on June 30th and running through August 11th, the Turbulent Timeways event is making its return. During this return event, players revisit dungeons from previous expansions through Timewalking while earning rewards, event-specific achievements, and plenty of experience bonuses. This year, the event also includes Dragonflight Timewalking dungeons and new rewards to collect.

New Twitch Drop Available

To celebrate the update, Blizzard is offering a new Twitch Drop. From June 16th through July 14th, players can watch eligible World of Warcraft streams on Twitch to earn the cute (non-edible) Cuddly Cotton Candy Grrgle housing decoration item for Player Housing in Midnight. Eligible viewers simply need to link their Battle.net and Twitch accounts and watch participating streams during the promotion period.
