Game Developers love to hide secrets inside their games, which are just waiting to be discovered. Stardew Valley is no exception! While the game alludes to some easter eggs using secret notes, some of them are hidden very well!

Lewis' Pants
Pretty early in a playthrough, you receive a quest from Lewis, who has lost his purple shorts. It's your job to find it and return it. But what if you don't? Here's what you can do by keeping them:
Luau Soup
Putting his pants in the Luau Soup will trigger a unique dialogue from Lewis and the Governor.

A Gift For Marnie
Giving the shorts to Marnie will also trigger a unique response:

Fish Tank Decoration
The pants can be put as decoration in fish tanks.

In fact, this item can be used to discover even more easter eggs!
Special Characters for the Farm and Character
Ever wanted to have a fancy name for your new character or farm but copy-pasting didn't work? Do this instead:

Stardew Valley will replace the following characters with these symbols:
< – Heart > – Arrow to the right @ – Arrow to the left $ – Circle
* – Anger symbol = – Star
Meowmere
Who knows this iconic weapon from Terraria? Since the new mayor update in Stardew Valley, you can now obtain it there! However, it is a bit hidden

In order to obtain it, you must throw an Ancient Doll into the lava on Mine Level 100. After that, you receive a Far Away Stone. Finally, you can claim the Weapon at the Pylon located in the basement of the Wizard's Tower.
Pelican Town is packed with these tiny, brilliant details, proving just how much love is tucked away into every single pixel of the valley.
