The Legion returns in a whole new light. World of Warcraft: Legion Remix reimagines one of the game’s most beloved expansions with a twist! Faster progression, revamped artifact weapons, and a treasure trove of collectibles. Starting this October, players will once again march across the Broken Isles, wielding power beyond measure and chasing exclusive rewards in this limited-time adventure.
The Burning Legion is Back. Temporarily.
Just like with World of Warcraft: Pandaria Remix two years ago, Legion Remix will be a temporary game mode. Launching October 7th for the United States and Oceania, and on October 8th for Europe, players will head back to the Broken Isles and eventually Argus in brand-new ways. Instead of playing through the content as it originally launched, the event reimagines Legion with accelerated progression, unique account-wide unlocks, and exclusive cosmetics.

Remixed Artifact Weapons
Back in Legion, artifact weapons used to be the big new thing. Weapons did not drop in most content, as everyone already had their overpowered ones. During Pandaria Remix, overpowered items and systems were a key ingredient to the cooking class of Remix’ success.
This time, artifact weapons return stronger than ever.

Artifact Research is now Infinite!
During Legion, artifact research and knowledge became a constant grind for players chasing even the slightest edge in power. For many, it was simply too much farming for too little reward. Legion Remix aims to fix that.
While progression is now technically infinite, the amount needed to stay strong is far more manageable. Each level grants more noticeable power, and raids are easier than before, making the climb feel rewarding rather than exhausting.
This time, artifact research comes as a daily quest instead of weekly. Better yet, quests can stack for up to six days, so you don’t need to log in constantly to keep up. It’s a more relaxed, accessible system built for today’s players.

Heroic World Tier
To add more challenge and variety, Blizzard has introduced a Diablo IV–inspired world tier system. This new mode lets players tackle outdoor content at higher difficulties for greater rewards. Lore-wise, Eternus is testing our strength by reshaping the world and increasing the danger, preparing us for what’s to come.
Playing on Heroic World Tier grants extra currency rewards, including more Timewarped Bronze, helping players complete their Legion Remix cosmetic collections faster.

The Return of Bronze
Currency from Pandaria Remix, Timewarped Bronze, will return as a main currency for Legion Remix as well. This time around, players won’t need to upgrade their gear using the same currency they spend on cosmetics and collectibles. While many toys, mounts, pets, and transmogs will be quite expensive, needing Bronze only for cosmetic purposes should make most collectors happy, especially the completionists!
Cosmetics and Collectibles
With the return of artifact weapons, this does mean, of course, that there is a gigantic amount of artifact appearances to be obtained from Legion. Although some specs were added later and might not have a specific artifact (especially Evoker), the amount of artifact cosmetics should be enormous.
But artifact weapon appearances are not the only collectibles players can look forward to. Hundreds of toys, pets, mounts and transmogs can be collected from the Legion expansion and its patches. However, just like with Pandaria Remix, there will be some unique collectibles that were not obtainable before.
One of the collectibles to look forward too is the new class mounts, that are Fel-infused. Class mounts were interesting for a lot of people to farm back in Legion (or later for those who did not get to play the expansion), and now there will be new ones to obtain! Anyone else hoping for a Fel-infused Druid flight form?

Release Dates
Legion Remix will go live with the World of Warcraft: The War Within Patch 11.2.5, launching on October 7th for the United States and Oceania, and on October 8th for Europe. With this patch, players will gain access to remixed artifact weapons, legacy and new rewards such as mounts, toys, pets, and transmogs, keystone dungeons with a timeworn twist, Class Order Halls, and a new heroic world tier to make gameplay more exciting and challenging.
During this first phase, the Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor raids will be available, featuring Xavius and Helya as the primary bosses.
October 21-22: New questlines will be introduced, and the Nighthold raid will open, where players will face Gul’dan.
November 4-5: The third phase will begin, unlocking the Tomb of Sargeras raid, setting the stage for the final battles before leaving Azeroth behind.
November 18-19: Opening the last raid of the Remix event: Antorus, the Burning Throne, where players will confront Argus the Unmaker.
December 9-10: Finally, the last phase will unlock additional rewards and catch-up mechanics for players who joined late or want to complete their collections.

Legion Remix brings back the heart of the expansion with modern twists that reward both new and veteran players. From enhanced artifact weapons to heroic world tiers and Fel-infused class mounts, there’s plenty to chase before the event ends. Here for nostalgia or the grind, this is definitely your chance to rewrite your Legion story!
