New

• Added direct links to "Issues" and "Wiki" pages of projects (when available), alongside the main project page link.
• Added a changelog button in projects' "Versions" tab, allowing you to easily view each version's changelog.
• Minecraft - Improved changelog relevance in "Add More Content" - Mod changelogs now display information specific to your profile's Minecraft version and modloader type.

Bug Fixes

• Minecraft - Fixed an issue where the "Update All" action had attempted to update disabled mods.
• Minecraft - Fixed an issue where the "Update" button was incorrectly available for disabled mods.
• Stardew Valley - Fixed an issue where modpacks failed to get installed properly from the "Discover" page.
