Important Contest Dates & Timeline

Gear up and prepare your builds before the official kickoff:

  • Contest Kickoff & Submissions Open - August 12: The submission portal officially opens! Start publishing and submitting your custom modes to CurseForge.
  • Mid-Contest Winners - August 23: Early submissions will be evaluated for special mid-contest prize opportunities.
  • Submissions Close - September 2: Make sure your final mode is published and registered before the submission window closes.
  • Community Voting Opens - September 6 until September 9: The community votes on their favorites while our expert panel reviews top entries across all categories.
  • Winners Announcement - September 14: Final winners across all categories will be officially revealed!

Contest Categories & Prize Pool

Creators can build and compete across three distinct categories: Combat, Survival, and Creative. Each category boasts its own $25,000 prize pool (including a $10,000 top prize for first place).

Mid-Contest Rewards

How to Join (Starting August 12)

Getting ready to participate is simple. Note that UGC mode creation is available to BATTLEGROUNDS PLUS players:

  1. Build Your Mode: Launch PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, head into the in-game editor, and start crafting your custom mode.
  2. Publish via CurseForge: Upload your completed mode through the CurseForge integration directly within the game.
