How the New System Works

We’ve made it easier than ever for authors to redeem their hard-earned points. Here’s a step-by-step guide to navigating the new system:

Step 1: Join the Rewards Program

• Navigate to the Rewards Program Settings in your user profile.
• Review and accept the Terms of Service.
• Toggle the program on, click “Update,” and you’re ready to earn points for your projects!

Step 2: Redeem Your Points

1. Go to the "Rewards Store" in your author dashboard.
2. Use the "Region Filter" to select your preferred region. Tremendous will automatically display payout options available to you.
3. Choose your preferred payment method and enter the amount you wish to redeem. The base currency is always USD, and live conversion to other currencies is displayed for transparency.
4. Verify your transaction with your 2FA token. If you haven’t set up 2FA yet, check this guide.
5. Once verified, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions provided by Tremendous.
6. Receive your funds instantly, or follow the provided link to redeem your gift card, prepaid card, or donation option.

• No Additional Accounts Needed: Redeeming through Tremendous doesn’t require you to create a separate Tremendous account.
• Fast and Reliable: Payments are typically immediate. In rare cases requiring compliance checks, the status will update to “Sent to Accounting” until approved.

What Happens to the Old Store?

• Payoneer remains as-is, with monthly payment cycles.
