Yesterday, the new survival game Solarpunk was released, and modders have already been hard at work creating the first mods for the game!

Solarpunk is a survival game set in a futuristic world, featuring floating islands. It's already packed with amazing content, but modders have been having some fun adding missing quality-of-life features and their own twists to the game.

We've put together a list of five mods that you can download now to improve your Solarpunk experience:

Pause

This mod by yakuzadeso adds a pause button to the game, so you can easily take a break without having to exit your current game. A well-needed quality-of-life feature!

Player Tweaks

Player Tweaks, created by Caites, makes a few tweaks to the vanilla player behavior and mechanics. It slightly increases your movement speed, jump height, and interaction distance, all to make the gameplay that slight bit smoother.

Gem Toy Hammer

A fun mod by MoxxyHaven to add a bit more customization to the world, this replaces the existing Build Hammer with a Toy Hammer!

Better HUD

Caites' mod, Better HUD, makes a few changes to the vanilla HUD and hotbar. It increases the number of slots from 8 to 14, changes the sizes of some gauges, and hides unnecessary information from display.

No Intro
