We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of CurseForge Legends, a new milestone program built to recognize and celebrate our creators for their amazing achievements on CurseForge.

What is CurseForge Legends?

As you reach download milestones on CurseForge, you will unlock new tiers that grant exclusive rewards to showcase your achievements. These rewards range from visual badges for your profile to custom physical trophies you can proudly display!

Please note: If you already have a CurseForge Premium subscription and are eligible for the Forgeborn tier, you will need to manually cancel your existing subscription!

Questions

1. Do my previous downloads count towards the milestones, or is it just downloads from here on?
Yes, all previous downloads will count towards CurseForge Legends, and you should already be placed in your tier. You do not need to sign up to be part of the CurseForge Legends program.

2. I hit X downloads, but don't have my tier - why is this?
It is likely that your downloads are not on projects that you own. To ensure this system works and to prevent abuse, downloads only count towards the project owner's milestones.

We understand that there are incredible teams who contribute to our platform, and we have no issues with team members sharing physical rewards such as trophies/swag - authors can select the address (and name) shown on these rewards when they are redeemed.

3. How do I claim my reward?
Rewards such as visual badges, digital certificates, and CurseForge Premium should be applied automatically. For physical items, you will receive an email or notification with a link to redeem your reward.

4. How long does it take to receive a physical reward?
T-shirts and swag bundle shipping is typically 1-2 weeks, but may take slightly longer depending on location. For trophies, this can take longer as they need to be personalized and engraved.

As the program has just launched, please do expect shipping/production times to be longer than usual due to a higher number of orders! This should calm down in the future.

5. Are the rewards free? Do I need to pay for shipping?
We will cover shipping costs for items sent via CurseForge Legends. However, in rare cases, you may need to pay handling/customs fees depending on your country's location. We try to work with our suppliers to reduce the likelihood of this.
