Jump Pad by NALOlevrai
Starting with something fun and straightforward: the Jump Pad mod. It adds exactly what you would expect from it: a jump pad that launches you into the sky. As you get launched in the air, you enter a pose where your whole body faces the ground like one would to maintain air time, and you land in a spectacular fashion as well! This can be used wherever you want. Whether you're a server owner looking for something to move people around your hub or if you want some chaos in your survival world, it's a cleanly designed addon that slots well into many scenarios.

Climbers Plugin by Marck_A_A
While Hytale already has a good base jump height and a nice climb mechanic for particular walls (vines, ladders, etc.), there is currently no way to mountaineer up steep cliffs or similar structures. This mod adds a pair of piolets for adventurers to use to traverse upwards. In the working area, there is a bolt you can insert into the wall and attach yourself to with a rope. While attached, you can build and use other items and move around with the rope as a safety device. It's a nice plugin that introduces a much-desired vertical traversal method that Hytale currently has little of.

Maritime Life by Trendvogel
The sea separates the various landmasses of Hytale, so, of course, having something to navigate these vast bodies of water is a must. Maritime Life adds 3 new means of water transportation with a Yacht, a Catamaran, and a Jet Ski. All of them have nice custom camera angles and speed boosts. With the Jet Ski, there's even a jump ramp you can slide up and launch from. Sea travel becomes much more fun and faster, giving some life to this relatively empty part of Hytale.

Zephyr by narwhals
If you're looking for many dynamic movements with a hint of flashiness, this mod introduces several new mobility options at various levels of difficulty. It introduces a glider with a feel similar to an elytra, allowing you to take advantage of its glide and momentum to soar. While wielding a karambit, you can dash, double jump, wall jump, and grapple. It offers various forms of grappling, where you can swing in a rotational manner, fling over targets (be it a structure or an entity), or simply tug towards the destination. It also adds zip lines that you can travel on and jump off of like a ninja. These all interact smoothly with each other, so the limits of movement are for you to break and explore.

Teleport Scroll by FDL_Rules
This addon introduces a consumable scroll that lets you teleport to any placed teleporter in the world. Once you reach zone 3, you'll be able to craft these with ease and will be able to fast travel back to however many points of interest you have. Whether you want to take back those lonesome teleporters you left behind or simply want a simpler connection to your most common locations, this straightforward mod gets everything you need done.

Zip Line Plugin by Marck_A_A
Those looking for a functional, realistic, and still enjoyable zip line implementation would definitely be happy with this mod. This addon allows you to easily travel down from a higher area by sliding along the line. Simply set up a straight path you would like to connect, place down the supports with valid height configurations, and you're set! You can also control your speed via a tensor, so you can adjust it up or down based on your live settings.

Simple Elevator by Heikos
This mod makes navigating elevated buildings with many floors much more straightforward by implementing a teleportation elevator. Simply place one block at a particular level and the other one above or beneath it, and you're done with the setup. When you attempt to jump while on this block, it takes you upwards to the next one, and you can crouch to go down a floor. These level changes are instantaneous, so the ride takes no extra time (or even saves time) and is the most efficient means of vertical movement possible, as long as it is properly set up. These elevator blocks also offer plenty of configuration options, including the ability to whitelist users, disguise the block as another, and set the direction of arriving users.
Regardless of what type of traversal you are looking for, these mods expand on the creativity of traveling in many fun directions. There are countless more fields of movement that has not yet been explored, and hopefully Hytale or future modders can take a step into this void.
