RS: Dragonwilds: Winners Now, Mod Browser Next
The RS: Dragonwilds Modding Contest is over, and the winners are in. 23 winners shared $10,000, picked by judges including Mini Waz and The Relic Hunter, plus your votes for the Community Favorites.
Two mods pulled off the double, taking both a Grand Prize and a Community Favorite award: Dragon Mounts by UnnamedPlayer and RSHC: The Character Customization Mod by imavvitch. A few more Grand Prize winners worth a download:
- Dwarf Multicannon by maxxfilth, a quest plus a multicannon you can build
- ArchMod by z0xw1l, for creating your own custom spells
- Clue Scrolls by realisotope
- Rune UI by Filchie
And this is just the start. CurseForge is partnering with Jagex on official modding support for RS: Dragonwilds, with an in-game mod browser, cross-platform mod support (PC, PS5, Xbox, Switch 2), and dedicated creation tools planned for 2027!

Hytale Chapter I Is Here
Hytale's first big Early Access expansion, Chapter I: Out of the Breach, landed this month! Void portals are tearing open across Orbis, and the goblins are back with more than 20 new and reworked variants.
What's new:
- Goblin gadgets you can craft, including a Scrap Glider, Rocket Boots, and a Hookshot
- Runestones: equip two active abilities like Fireball or Chain Hook, then add modifiers that split, bounce, or poison
- The Deepworks, Hytale's first handcrafted dungeon, ending in a multi-phase fight against the Gobliterator
If the new gadgets have you thinking about movement, narwhals rounded up 7 traversal mods that change how you get around Orbis. This month's Mods of the Week also featured Hexcode Evoke by Lexem and True Backpack by SupremoSama.

inZOI Mods Can Now Run Scripts
inZOI's v0.11.0 update added Lua script mod support to the ModKit. For players, that means mods can now change how the game actually behaves! The same update lets you rename your installed mods and switch UI overlay mods on and off, and it also reworked mod management to reduce the risk of corrupted files.
Want to make one yourself? You don't have to write it all by hand: inZOI's in-game MCP lets you build Lua scripts with help from an AI assistant. MOOSTYLES wrote a beginner's guide to your first script mod, and the advice is simple: start small, get it working, then publish. Full details are in the v0.11.0 patch notes.
