Don’t let the name deceive you as the “Simple Arsenal” addon is anything but simple. In fact, this is one of the most in-depth gun addons for Minecraft Bedrock available right now as it does a lot more than just add a handful of firearms. With this addon installed, you can deal more damage with headshots, use tactical scopes, switch between different fire modes, and manage bullet spread like a pro.

It all looks beautiful, too. Every gun is entirely 3D-rendered, with smooth animations that display in both first and third-person perspective. Bullet strikes have visual effects and leave marks on the environment as well. Even getting the gun itself is an adventure! All in all, this is easily one of the most refined and polished gun addons we’ve ever seen.

If you want a gun addon with plenty of options, customizability, and lots of objectives, “Aplok Guns” is a great choice. It includes guns of every variety, plenty of attachments, and even a custom crafting system. The guns feel great to fire too and they have cool effects like barrel smoke.

Beyond the pure mechanics, this addon does a great job of sticking to a style and expanding on it. While its main focus is on military and tactical themes, there are other non-firearm items and blocks for you to discover, like grenades, night vision goggles, sandbags, and barbed wire. The textures also look good without feeling out of place with Minecraft Bedrock’s vanilla theme, so it’s a big thumbs-up from us.

For when you want to feel like an action hero, or even just a pro eSports player, “Actual Guns 2” has what you need. It features over 40 weapons, ranging from rifles to shotguns, and even melee weapons like katanas and the iconic Karambit. The wide array makes it especially great for PvP, where you never know what kind of match up you will have with your opponent.

This addon even includes a skin system! So, go ahead and paint your AK candy red, or your M4A1 a vibrant purple and blue. As a nice bonus, when paired with the slick animations and excellent 3D models, this addon is especially easy on the eyes, letting you fully focus on the gun-slinging action right in front of you.

Not all gun addons need to be all-encompassing, which is where an addon like “Gun +” comes in handy. It provides a similar experience to other addons, where you craft different types of real-world firearms, but without quite as much involvement.

Focusing on military-based weapons first, you can craft weapons like the Beretta M9 and SIG Sauer M17. Guns are made from iron, so you can seamlessly integrate the process into existing Minecraft Bedrock worlds.

You want guns, but not just any guns. You want big guns. “Mr. Nido’s Guns Add-on” plans to give you just that. With this baby on board, you can craft a variety of firearms from vanilla materials, customize them with accessories like sights and silencers, and even make custom ammo with special effects.

It’s also one of the few gun addons to include both grenade launchers, rocket launchers, and even explosive bullets, giving you more bang for your buck in terms of firepower. If you’re wanting big boom with small fuss, this is the perfect addon to try. Warning: This addon did turn our character’s skin green for some reason, so don’t be alarmed if you suddenly look like Hulk without any of the muscle mass.

While not a gun addon in the traditional sense, “Orbital Railgun” is easily the most powerful, destructive, and awe-inspiring weapon possible in Minecraft. Based on a Java mod of the same name, this addon introduces a single tool: a targeting rifle that, when pointed at something, will initiate a massive laser strike from space.

Such power doesn’t come easily, though. You’ll need plenty of netherite as well as a Nether Star to craft one. This makes it quite the end goal for both singleplayer and multiplayer worlds – but it’s so much worth it.

Despite the name, “Simple Guns” has more going on than you might expect. To make some, you’ll need to combine coal and iron to make steel, a critical component for crafting weapons and attachments. Then, melt down copper to make bullets, and equip yourself with body armor.

We won’t lie to you though – this addon craves anarchy. It’s every player for themselves, and you never know who you can trust. A perfect example of that is the included death crate system, where your items are left in a box when you die. Usually that’s so you can reclaim your gear, but in “Simple Guns”, it becomes a treasure trove for your killer.

A lot of the items in Minecraft are 2D graphics given a fake 3D perspective, like pickaxes. The entire philosophy behind “Actual Guns 3D” is to be better than that. And while a handful of other addons do have 3D gun models, none of them have quite the level of detail as this one. You can see the ridges of the tactical mounts, the curve of each barrel – everything.

Beyond being visually stunning, there’s also an in-depth overhaul system to explore. Added as part of an ongoing major update, overhauled weapons provide a different experience to their standard version. This includes ammo differences, new animations, and other improvements, so we highly encourage you to experiment!

The “TACZ Mod Translation + Skin Pack” addon has one of the most roundabout stories of how it exists.

This is a port of the Java Edition mod named Timeless and Classic Zero Guns. This isn’t the mod’s creator, though. It’s not even the port’s creator. The original TACZ Bedrock port was made by Akang krep, who doesn’t upload their creations to online mod platforms. CurseForge user Kopystka Localization Studio took that version, updated it with additional language translations, and reskinned some of the weapons before uploading their modified version.

But what about the addon itself? TACZ thrives in its authenticity. It features an impressive expanse of real-world weapons, all accurately rendered in 3D. Unlike most addons, it even includes a slew of real-world ammunition types, with each gun needing the relevant type to fire. Beyond that, there is plenty of customizability to be had through the built-in accessories and attachments.

“Arsenal” is an addon that focuses on immersive interaction over large-scale weapon overhauls. There are six new weapons in total, each craftable from the vanilla crafting menu and using their own ammo type. It has clean animations, nice sound effects, and each weapon is all-around satisfying to use.

Not every addon can be a big, overwhelming experience, yet that doesn’t mean they can’t still be of quality. This is a great example of that idea. It’s an addon made with patience and care, and that shows in what it does provide. We particularly enjoy the simple crouch-to-aim mechanic.

Want more guns? “Gun Expansion” is a small but straightforward addon that includes rifles, pistols, and even grenades. You won’t see the level of animation or quality you might expect from a larger gun mod, but it works well all the same.

One unique thing about this addon is that each weapon can be transformed into a golden version by crafting them with gold nuggets. This doesn’t actually change the weapon’s abilities outside of looking cooler, though.

True to its name, the “MORE GUN” addon adds a handful of different firearms into the mix. Unlike most addons on this list, this one doesn’t take itself too seriously, forgoing the need for ammo and including non-realistic guns like the “hitman gun” and “electric gun.”

The term “classic” is because creator HowardAddon later released “Guns & Swords”, a merger of their “MORE GUN” and “MORE SWORD” addons. With that said, the mechanics and gun selection are identical, so you won’t miss out on anything if you choose one pack over the other.

Not to be confused with the abovementioned “Gun +”, the “Guns Plus” addon is a small gun pack offering five craftable firearms. Combine iron ingots with netherite to create hardened iron, a necessary component for both the gun workbench and the guns themselves.

What particularly stands out to us about this addon is how it intentionally doesn’t use the "player.json" file. This means that it’s fully compatible with any other addons you might have up your sleeve! The downside is that weapons won’t have unique animations, but that’s a worthwhile trade-off for anyone rocking more addons than they can count.

Maybe you don’t need an entire arsenal of weaponry. Sometimes, any firearm is more than enough for your needs. If that’s the case, then consider “Ferous 3D Gun” – a small addon that adds a single pistol to the game.

Most interesting here is the dual-wielding system. You can combine two guns to create a dual gun item. Holding one in each hand, your damage will be doubled, but accuracy will go down – not that it stopped us from causing mayhem in our own worlds.

The third iteration of this addon, “Actual Guns 3” provides 23 different weapons, including a flamethrower and an RPG. But what this pack prides itself most on is its compatibility. Everything was carefully coded to ensure the addon works well with other addons, on multiplayer servers (even Realms!), and with plenty of customizability to boot.

When we usually call a gun addon customizable, we’re talking about attachments to the different guns. But “Absolute Guns 3” is customizable at a code level. The addon uses Keyyard's Gun System, so you can change the fire rate, ammo capacity, speed, reload time, shooting modes, animations, recoil, and any other aspect of an item to your heart’s content.
